JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally receive incoming calls and mails
- Professionally handle customers complaints, concerns, and inquiries
- Regular updating customer details on the database
- Foster and maintain good customer service experience for all customers
- Provide update and information to customer regarding new updates
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience is required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Capable of thriving under pressure
- Effective interpersonal skills
